We didn’t. Instead, we became more creative, more technologically progressive and more efficient due to having to upend the way we traditionally did things. From moving our Call Management Agents from the office to their homes to revamping our recruitment process to ensure that you have the best possible service, COVID didn’t kill us. It made us stronger.
The other “constant” that works in our favour is our positive work culture. This culture comes from treating our internal clients (employees) with the same respect we do our external clients. No company is an island. We surpassed fifty years of service because we recognize our commitment to our community. Some of the organizations we support are The Art for Healing Foundation, The Montreal SPCA and Dans La Rue, an organization aiding homeless youth.
