To help us get to know you better, all candidates must complete a short pre-hiring test before moving forward.

Training Info: If hired, our initial training is delivered remotely during weekday daytime hours.
You must be available 5 days a week for 4 consecutive weeks minimum.

Getting started is simple. Follow these steps to apply for the Call Management Agent position:

Step 2: Profile Review
Once submitted, our team will review your application. Only candidates who successfully complete the test and whose profiles match our requirements will move forward.

Step 3: Zoom Interview
Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule a Zoom interview to discuss the role in detail.

Step 4: Training
If hired, you’ll complete our 4-week remote training program (weekdays only). You must be available 5 days a week for the full duration.
